About Us

Brian started his tax accounting journey working with his Father, Milan Kaldenberg who was able to share his 50+ years of tax experience and still provides consulting and expertise. In 2020, Brian started his own tax practice and is working on growing the family business. Brian is an Enrolled Agent and is authorized by the Internal Revenue Service to prepare tax returns and represent clients. In 2021, Brian's wife Mindy started working part time in the business as well. Brian enjoys watching BSU basketball and football and spending time with his three kids and wife.
